It was all perfect.

The rooms were clean and modern with lots of updates, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help. However, housekeeping could improve on their thoroughness, and some amenities were lacking, such as the pool and reliable Wi-Fi.

We stayed here with our kids and loved the convenient location near the Army War College and Fairgrounds. The breakfast was a hit, especially the omelets and yogurt. The rooms were clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making our family feel welcomed.
My kids wished there were more healthy breakfast options for picky eaters like them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The beds offered incredible comfort, and the staff proved exceptionally kind and attentive. A few unexpected spiders joined me in the bathroom, but that didn't overshadow my positive experience.

I hit the gastronomic jackpot with the nearby eateries—if you're hunting for amazing shabu shabu, look no further! The comfortable beds guaranteed a solid sleep after my culinary adventures. The staff was incredibly polite and even helped with our leftovers from dinner, setting up their fridge like champs! Totally made the stay feel special.
On the flip side, the room key card went kaput, leaving me scrambling for help without my cell. Plus, a few spider buddies decided to crash in my bathroom—nothing too wild, but still unexpected. The pool being closed was a real buzzkill after a hot day.

Friendly and helpful staff made a difference
I had a pleasant experience during my stay, thanks to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They went out of their way to assist me, especially when I needed help finding local amenities and food options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive as well, adding to a comfortable atmosphere. One area needing improvement is the pool, which was out of service during my visit.

Good stay, but needs work
So I stayed here for a quick family trip, and honestly, it had its ups and downs. The room was pretty clean and the beds comfy—great for catching z's. Staff was super friendly, which made check-in easy. The breakfast options were kinda sad, though, and could use some love.

The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise with various options like scrambled eggs and sausage. Unfortunately, the room had some cleanliness issues with trash from a previous guest, and the shower lacked hot water during my stay, making for a frustrating morning. On another note, the coffee was missing during breakfast, and the breakfast area was dark, which detracted from the overall experience.
